Important School Information

Dismissal

  • Regular closing time: 2:00 PM
  • Afterschool support pickup: 3:00 PM (Mon–Thurs)
  • Children must be picked up from the outdoor class area.
  • Students will only be released to parents/registered guardians unless otherwise communicated.

Student Appearance

  • Uniform: Clean attire, black shoes, black socks (boys), white socks (girls)
  • Neat braids for girls, decent haircuts for boys, clean nails, polished shoes

Health Notice

Keep your child at home if they show symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, or flu. A 24-hour rest period is required before resumption.

  • Pay promptly to enhance service quality.
  • No increase in fees despite inflation.

Competitions & Events

  • Science Project Presentation: Each class to present one project. Refer to the calendar.
  • Spelling Bee: Word lists to be sent home. Encourage daily practice.
  • Pen-Writer’s Competition: Enhances literacy and creativity.
  • Mini Inter-House Sports: Scheduled per section—details will be communicated.
  • Wednesday is Sugar-Free Day: Pack fruits and healthy alternatives.

Parent/Teacher Communication

  • Use the class communication notebook or contact the Head Teacher directly.
  • Open Day/Parent-Teacher Conference dates are in the term calendar.
